For those of you who are interested in tasting the most unique pairings of wine with tasty and typical Umbrian cheeses, jams and balsamic vinegar that our winery produces organically, then you absolutely must attend this tasting.
A tasting not to be missed, perfect for vegetarians.
It includes a free walk through our organic vineyard and centuries-old olive grove , tasting of 4 Assisi DOC and Umbria IGT wines paired with a selection of cheeses and jams, hot bruschetta with organic extra virgin olive oil and fresh tomatoes.
